DETAILS:

The Herkimer Diamond is a doubly terminated variety of clear Quartz. Each semi precious stone is unique, some are clear and some have darker inclusions. The stones are graduated in size ending with the smaller one.  The necklace is approx 39 cm (16 inches) with a 4 cm extender chain.  The pendant drop measures approx. 6 cm (2.5 inches).    The smallest stone is approx 1cm long and the largest stone is approx 1.5 cm long. The stones are natural and some may have slightly rougher edges. This elegant necklace will be presented in a gift box, so would be an ideal gift for someone special or to treat yourself.

All metal is .925 Sterling Silver, Nickel and lead free.

Herkimer Diamond – also known as Herkimer Quartz is a naturally occurring doubly terminated quartz – meaning it forms with a point on each end. It was originally discovered in Herkimer County in upstate New York and was thought to be a new source of diamonds. This semi-precious gemstone is almost Five Hundred Million years old.

In crystal healing, Herkimer Diamond is known as “the stone of Attunement”  – it is said to help you attune to any situation.  It can amplify your spiritual energy, bringing balance to mind, body and spirit. It is said to help you stay calm under pressure and relieve burnout and exhaustion. It is also used for emotional healing and is said to be be very useful in meditation. It is linked to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras.
