DETAILS:

Earrings with a faceted Labradorite drop bead. The natural Labradorite gemstones have been pear cut and faceted to show off their beauty.

The labradorite earrings are approx. 2.5 cm long (approx. 1inch). The Labradorite has a grey body colour with some has flashes of blue – each stone has different markings/patterns. I have added a lovely sparkly diamond dusted Sterling Silver bead at the top of the gemstone.

All metal is .925 Sterling Silver, nickel and lead free. This paid of earrings will be posted in a gift box, so would be an ideal gift for someone special or treat yourself.

STONE:

Labradorite is a Feldspar mineral. Legend said that Labradorite was the Aurora Borealis trapped in rocks until an Inuit warrior freed them with a blow from his spear. Some of the colours from the Aurora remained in the rocks giving us the wonderful play of colour that can be seen in Labradorite. This gemstone is said to be a stone of transformation and change, an aid to stimulate the imagination and calm and overactive mind.
