This .925 Sterling Silver chain boasts a one-of-a-kind wire wrapped pendant. The delicate and stunning Larimar gemstone is the centerpiece of this piece, carefully crafted with curls and curves of .925 Sterling Silver wire and accented with tiny, faceted orange Agate gems. This pendant evokes the image of beautiful blue seas and warm sand. Measuring approximately 3.2cm long, it comes with an 18 inch (45cm) sterling silver chain and is fully hallmarked by the Irish Assay Office. The Larimar gemstone is approximately 10×6 mm, while the Agates are tiny 2mm faceted gemstones. The pendant has a unique back and front, allowing the wearer to choose which side to display. This makes a perfect gift for someone special or a treat for yourself and comes in a gift box that can be gift wrapped with a card upon request.

Larimar is a rare blue variety of Pectolite mineral found only in the Dominican Republic. It was named Larimar by the man who rediscovered the stone in 1974, taking the first letters of his daughter’s name, Larissa, and the Spanish word for the sea, mar. This healing crystal gemstone is also known as the Atlantis Stone, Dolphin Stone, Blue Pectolite, and Stefilia’s Stone. The soothing blues and calming turquoise tones of this gemstone, sometimes streaked with white patterns that resemble sunlight dancing on the Caribbean waters, make it very popular in crystal healing. It is said to be very soothing and calming, a stone of serenity that is linked to the Throat Chakra.
