This necklace is approx 45cm (18 inches) long. The Tanzanite bar in the centre is approx 3cm. The necklace will be dispatched in a gift box, so would make an ideal treat for yourself or to give to someone special. The 7 Tanzanite gemstones in the centre of the necklace have been hand-cut for beauty and sparkle. They range in size from 3mm x 5mm to 5mm x 5mm approx. They are a faceted rondelle shape, showing a variety of a lovely cornflower violet blue colours – some have a lovely clarity. Sterling Silver spacer beads and chain. All metal in this necklace is 925 Sterling Silver – nickel and lead free.

It was discovered in the 1960’s and launched on the world by Tiffany & Co. In crystal healing, Tanzanite is said to be a stone of new beginnings – giving a sense of purpose, helping to move forward – leaving behind old patterns that can hold us back. It is linked to the throat, third eye and crown chakras. They are seen as symbols of dignity, truth and longevity.
