A pair of earrings made with Genuine, Natural rough cut Tanzanite chunks and White Freshwater Cultured Pearls on a Sterling Silver stud with Star.

DETAILS:

The Tanzanite chunks, a lovely shade of violet blue are approx. 5 mm x 7 mm. The white smooth oval shaped Freshwater Cultured Pearls are approx. 10 mm x 6 mm. The Silver Star is approx. 7 mm. All metal is 925 Sterling Silver.

Tanzanite is a one location gemstone, found only in the foothills of Mount Killimanjaro, Africa. It is valued for its violet blue colour and is said to be 1000 times rarer than diamonds. was first launched on the market by Tiffany & Co in 1968.

Tanzanite is a rare precious gemstone. It is a birthstone for December and is considered to be a stone for new birth and new beginnings. This gemstone is often given as a gift to a new mother.

Pearls are a birthstone for June, used frequently in bridal accessories. Pearls were a symbol of purity and serenity.

CARE:

To keep your jewellery looking its best, please take care of your pieces and do not wear when sleeping, bathing, swimming, exercising or using sauna/stem etc. Please do not wear your pearls while applying perfume, make-up, hairspray etc. – it is recommended that your jewellery should be the last part of your outfit that you put on and the first thing you take off.

Please do not use any chemicals to clean your jewellery, simply wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
