Large White Baroque pearl pendant
This large baroque, freshwater cultured pearl on Sterling Silver makes a perfect statement pendant. It has an uneven shape and markings, giving it character and individuality. This could be your heirloom pearl, passed down through the family. This delightful statement pendant necklace will be presented in a gift box, so would make an ideal gift.
DETAILS:
This baroque pearl is approx. 28mm (almost 3cm) long. The 42 cm (18 inch) sterling silver rope chain compliments this large pearl to create a luxury jewellery accessory. This pendant has a total length of approx. 40mm (4cm) long. I have created a 3 ring mobius connector to add a simple focal connector. The 3 ring intertwined mobius connector symbolises the ‘flower of life’ – all things are connected. It may also be considered to represent life, death and rebirth, or love now, forever and always.
This is a nucleated, freshwater cultured pearl of a large size – it could have taken up to 10 years to grow. It is approx. 30mm long and approx. 15mm at its widest. It is a white pearl with a lovely lustre – hints of pink and blue. It has an uneven shape and markings, giving it character and individuality. This could be your heirloom pearl, passed down through the family.
Pearls:
Pearls are organic gems that grow inside clams and molluscs. Pearls are a birthstone for the month of June. They have long been used in jewellery, and more recently in bridal jewellery, they are said to bring happiness, wisdom and wealth. They are said to represent faith, charity and innocence.
