Fine Silver wheel necklace.
Wheel pendant in fine silver with blue Sapphire centre.
Details:
This wheel necklace is made with 999 fine silver clay pendant, which is made from recycled silver.
Inspired by a button on a vintage jacket, I have created this Wheel Pendant with a dark blue sapphire in the center. The circular pendant is approx 17mm – 20mm including the bail, on an 45cm (18 inch) Sterling Silver chain. The front and back of the pendant have a different texture. Whether you see it as a representation of the Wheel of Life or a flower in a circle, this unique unisex pendant would be a perfect gift to yourself or someone special.
So whats the difference between Sterling Silver and Fine Silver? – Sterling Silver is 925 parts silver, the rest is made up of copper and other alloys. Fine Silver is 999 parts silver, the rest is made of organic binders. I use silver clay which is made from recycled silver. This piece has been hallmarked at the Irish Assay Office in Dublin Castle, Ireland.
This beautiful understated piece of jewellery will be posted in a gift box, so it could be an ideal gift or perhaps treat yourself. Sapphire is a birthstone for September.
Designed and handmade by Hazelrocks Jewellery in Roscommon, Ireland. I use ethically mined/sourced genuine gemstones wherever possible. I also reuse, recycle and re-purpose packaging materials whenever I can. All metal is nickel and lead free.
