This lovely necklace has a delicate crescent moon in Sterling silver with a genuine Brazilian green Emerald stone, on a Sterling Silver chain.

This sterling silver crescent moon with celtic filigree pattern is approx 15mm, the Emerald is approx 4mm round.

The sterling silver chain is approx 42 cm (18 inches) long.

The crescent  moon is long associated with dreaming, wishing, spells and magic. Emerald is a birthstone for May, for Taurus in the zodiac chart.

This green variety of Beryl is known as the stone of successful love, it is associated with the heart chakra. These precious green gemstones were prized in ancient Egypt and associated with birth and rebirth, they were worn in the hope of granting the wearer eternal youth.
